What changes when building is no longer the hard part? How we see the new way of making solutions
With AI, building is no longer the slowest step. What makes the difference now is understanding the business, deciding well and testing with facts. That's why at YoEco we don't sell software: we grow living solutions that adapt to each business.
For years, a solution for a business was made the same way: months gathering requirements, a long development and, at the end, finished software the business had to learn to use. By the time it arrived, the business had already changed. That way of working is being left behind, and at YoEco we are living it from the inside.
Building is no longer the slowest part
With AI agents on the team, a feature that used to take weeks can now be ready and tested in days. What takes longest is no longer building: it is the decision, the account or the access that only a person from the business can give. That's why our work starts by understanding how each business sells, serves and ships, not by writing code.
Each business, its own solution
If making things is faster, there is no excuse for the business to bend to the software. A store with a huge catalog needs search, filters and summaries; a small one, a simple view. Whoever runs the business wants three numbers when they log in; whoever is in the warehouse, what to count. Dalia takes into account the size and type of business and each person's profile, instead of copying someone else's screen.
Agents, not modules
The old way was to take a big system and make it small. We do the opposite: each capability is an agent with tools —CRM, inventory, suppliers, finance— that reads the same information as the others and that you ask in one sentence. You don't need to know which menu something is in: you ask Dalia and she takes you there.
A stable core that stays alive
A living solution changes all the time, and that only works if it doesn't break. That's why Dalia has a stable core that is configured instead of rewritten: every improvement is tested before it is published, recorded with who asked for it and why, and can be undone. New things come out marked as Beta, so the business knows what is still maturing.
AI proposes, a person decides
More speed doesn't mean less control. Dalia proposes the purchase order, the reply to the customer or what she learned from the team's conversations, and a person from the business approves it with one click. Nothing changes prices, orders or settings without someone with permission.
Facts before promises
When building is cheap, what's valuable is knowing whether it works. Before publishing we test with sales conversations and with attempts to confuse Dalia, and we separate what was tested from what is still a hypothesis. And we use AI only where it adds value: protecting customers' personal data, for example, is done with fixed rules, which cost nothing, give the same result every time and can be explained to an auditor.
What came out of this way of working
In recent weeks, Dalia added in Beta: learning from the team's conversations without storing customer data, suggesting replies with one click, reports by salesperson, product and channel, inventory drafts filled in from a phone and reviewed before they apply, and channel and payment connections from the panel. All of it came from concrete needs of businesses that already work with Dalia.
Why we sell solutions, not software
If software can be made quickly, the value is no longer in the license or in development hours. It is in the business selling more, working less alone and deciding with data. That's why we don't publish prices or sell apps: in a 30-minute demo we look at your business and build with you the solution it needs, starting with the stage that serves you today.
